We take a practical “Learning By Doing Approach,” helping you get to grips through experience, using your hands and working on live scenarios and business challenges.

The training will follow the design thinking steps combined the Lego® Serious Play® methodology: What is the Design Challenge, Stakeholder Mapping, Value Network Mapping, Personas, Customer Journey, Ideation, Service Scenario and Rapid Prototyping.
